Two temporary resident ID cards are included in monthly rentals.
Rates are for two people, extra fee (15% of total rent for additional people), four person maximum.

dishes, cutlery, crockery, crock pot, coffee pot, blender, tea pot, Tupperware, ziplock bags, alum foil, vacuum cleaner, hair dryer, iron and

9. With the Village Resident ID card you can use any of the 36 executive golf courses with no greens fees. And these executive golf courses
are not your typical "pitch & putts!" They present some challenging par 3s and the occasional par 4, with three sets of tee boxes to
accommodate golfers of different skill levels. You pay resident rates on greens fees at the 12 Championship courses.
10. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, organized activity swimming pools,
bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, horseshoe pits, billiards tables, tennis & pickle ball courts, basketball courts, sand volley ball and over
1,000 organized activities every week through the recreation centers. This home is made for fun! Just bring your suitcase and we will

13. Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods, as the property is NOT kiddie proof.
Rental Policy:
Reservation deposit 50% of total rent, plus $1000 security deposit at time of reservation.
Non-refundable unless other renters are contracted for same rental period.
$150 cleaning fee.
If the outdoor grilled is not cleaned properly, there will be an additional charge of $100 will be deducted from the security.
All remaining balance is due 60 days before occupancy.
Any damages or missing inventory will be deducted from the security deposit.
The remainder will be returned within 14 days of departure after inspection and inventory taken.
Early departure does not warrant a refund of rent. Check in first of the month at 4:00 PM. Check out is 10:00 AM the last day of the month.
Routine cleaning is the renter's responsibility. Cleaning services can be arranged at your expense.
You have the option to purchase a temporary resident ID. Homeowners amenities will be transferred to the renter. That includes no green fees for 30+executive courses.
A $4 trail fee is charged for each person using a golf cart but no charge if you walk. You can play championship courses at a reduced rate.
