It's only a few minutes golf cart ride to Brownwood Paddock Square (3.1mi) and Lake Sumter Landing Market Square (5.0mi), Bonifay and Evans Prairie Country Clubs, Sarasota Golf Academy and Aqua Range. Publix, Winn Dixie, and Walmart grocery stores as well as many restaurants are 2 to 3 miles away and easily accessible by golf cart.

Rental Policy:
--50% of total rent, security deposit and cleaning fee ($250) is due within 7 days of booking. The balance of the rent is due 90 days prior to occupancy. Full amount of rent, 7% tax, security deposit, and cleaning fee ($250) is due with signed lease if rental commences less than 90 days before arrival.
--Rent includes: Villages amenities fees, WiFi, lawn care and all utilities.
--Rent does not include 6% Tax for FL, and 1% Sumter County Taxes which is an additional fee.
--$50.00 Temporary ID fee (for 2) is tenant responsibility. We will complete application and tenants are responsible to pay the $50 fee and pick up ID's at the Brownwood sales office upon arrival. Temporary Village ID's gives full access to all residential amenities including golf at any of the executive courses. You may opt for guest passes only which are free. Guest passes (free) give access to recreation centers, pools, pickle ball, tennis, shuffleboard, billiards, archery, bocce ball, horseshoes, over 3,000 clubs and activities, recreation centers and swimming pools. There are 36 Villages executive golf courses and twelve champion courses. Championship courses have an additional fee, as do Villages fitness centers located in many regional recreation centers.
Cancellation Policy:
In the event of a cancellation prior to commencement of the lease, the security deposit will not be refunded. Rent paid will be refunded ONLY if the house can be re-rented at the same rate (or higher) for the exact same dates (or longer). We recommend that tenants opt for renter's insurance or trip cancellation insurance.
