Our two bedroom, two bath courtyard villa is located between 466 and 466A. It's close to Sterling Heights recreation center, Seabreeze regional rec center, not far from Buena Vista Boulevard and a short ride to either Sumter Landing or Brownwood.
Our villa is well equipped with enough linens, kitchen items, a gas grill and outdoor furniture to make your stay very comfortable.
The kitchen is open to the family room in this open floor plan and has bar stools at the enlarged counter area which makes this space perfect for additional seating to eat or to entertain.
A second bathroom is located off of the family room near the second bedroom that has a daybed...perfect for an occasional guest.
The master bedroom and family room have sliding glass doors that open to the glass enclosed lanai that looks out to the completely enclosed and very private back yard. Leave the lanai glass closed or open them to let the air flow through the screens.
Sorry, no pets are allowed and no smoking in or around the villa.
The Villages is a 55 and over community with an abundance of activities including nearby golf and swimming pools.

A $750 deposit is required to hold a monthly reservation. Once the deposit is received a payment of either the first month's rent or 1/2 of the rental is due. The balance is due 45 days before occupancy. A $150 cleaning fee will be deducted from the $750 deposit and the balance will be returned to the renter within 10 business days of vacating the units upon inspection of condition. A 7% Florida Sales tax will be applied to the rental total.
