Rental Policy:
--50% of total rent (non-refundable unless able to find replacement) amount due within 7 days of booking
--$2000 security deposit (damage/loss) & remaining rental amount due 60 days before occupancy
--$300/per month bi-weekly and end of stay cleaning fee
--$50.00 Temporary ID fee (for 2) is tenant responsibility.
--$250 Pet Cleaning Fee

Other Policies:
-No smoking.
-Golf Cart Usage (Atomic Brand Zipper, electric 2 seater cart, golf bag holders on back)
-Check-in/Check-out: 4PM / 10AM
-Security Deposit will be returned within 30 days of lease expiration (less any damage)
-Rental rate includes electric usage charges of up to $250 per month.
